Sometimes the expectations to do our best for everything can feel overwhelming but there's no need to feel this way.

There are many ways of improving our own well-being and enjoying life while making a positive difference to those around us.

How? It's about recognising how giving attention to one area in your life can simultaneously benefit another.
You may have heard the word 'holistic' used in many industries- and basically it means 'the big picture', 'the full circle'.
Improve your own health and happiness as well as your family's, friend's and wider community all while saving yourself time and energy.

At ‘A Cup of Sugar’ you will find a variety of sustainability and well-being workshops, classes and events for the household, the community and organisations.
At its heart, are opportunities to create, discover, and share.

I come from a background of Environmental Science and Land Management (Tree Hugging!). Along with many years of experience in well-being and self expression through the areas of mindfulness, art and dance.
