Combining elements of mindfulness, sensory activities are perfectly suited to adults and children alike.
The premise of these activities is to encourage the senses to relax but to also assist people in appreciating and finding new ways of experiencing the everyday world around them.
Examples can include:
- Coastal Trail Walks combining writing, drawing and photography
- Classroom or Workplace calm and focus sessions
- Nature Appreciation and Discovery Excursions
- Guided Meditations
- Bringing the ‘outdoors-indoors’ for participants who are not able to visit the outdoors themselves
Duration approximately 2-4 hours can be longer or shorter depending on the activity chosen.
