‘Let’s Take 5’ is a ‘roving’ workplace program finding that the convenience of bringing tools directly to an employee, provides assistance at the immediate source.
Each regular session with a person can take as little as 5 minutes (session times can be tailored to the organisation).
In this time, there are a selection of tasks and activities that are used to to regain focus, reduce negative thought loops and anxiety.
Developed around the research proven methods of mindfulness, employees can take part in short guided breathing techniques, meditations and sensory attention exercises all tailored to the work space, the individuals role and the values of the organisation.
