Mindfulness and Meditation

​There are many benefits to learning and regularly practicing Mindfulness and Meditation that not only help us as individuals but also those who work, live and engage with us.

Simple techniques are offered that can be used on an everyday basis to calm the mind or promote ongoing well-being.

Activities can include guided meditation and sensory activities along with explanations on how these techniques work in our minds and bodies.
